John Ho is the Chief Financial Officer of FAX Real Estate and FAX Capital. He also serves as the Treasurer of Federated Capital, a private single-family office. Mr. Ho brings more than 20 years of experience across investment management, specialty finance and public companies.
Prior to joining FAX Capital, he was the Chief Financial Officer of FrontWell Capital Partners, a North American private credit manager. Before FrontWell, he served as the Corporate Controller of a publicly listed specialty finance company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ho held senior finance positions within the Brookfield Asset Management group of companies and at Barrick Gold Corporation. He began his career in assurance and advisory services with Ernst & Young. Mr. Ho is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds both a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
